The new place is a bit beat up, clean though so.. I’ll call it Rustic.

Needs a ton of yard work which means I get to buy a riding mower. That’s a plus.

And nobody’s complained about me tearing ass up and down the street on the Trike. Major plus!

Big negative.. The power company couldn’t make it out today due to storms so I got no lights..

Oh well. It’ll be like camping for a few days. I can deal with that.

Yeah. It’s almost on the lake and the Mississippi is about a 2 block hike. That’s what turned me on to it.

I just found out the whole neighborhood is in a wildlife refuge too.

Rental for this year. It is up for sale though and it’s cheap. I may pull the trigger after a winter here.

It is in a flood plain and it did flood back in 1993. But the River pretty much flooded the whole Midwest back then. No issues since.
